2. Description of Service

Summon is a social event coordination platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage events ("Summons")
• Invite friends and coordinate attendance
• Split costs among participants
• Track resources and logistics

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages

5. Events and Payments

When you create or join an event:

• You are responsible for fulfilling any commitments you make
• Cost splits are calculated automatically but payment arrangements are between participants
• Summon is not responsible for disputes between users regarding payments

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Summon a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Summon is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
